My enchanted island

For as far as I can remember growing up in Jersey City, New Jersey I was always intrigued by the smells of my grandmother's cooking. It turns out that she was one amazing cook, especially when it came down to cooking her arroz con ganduels but one of my favorites has to be the sopao de pollo. The smell alone will make you feel like you were back in Puerto Rico.
